Get up on Saturday and have have a run with the Richmond Park Time Trials.
Everyone is timed on their 5km set run in Richmond Park. Runners include everyone from beginners to professionals.
It's free to join and all are welcome, a quick one-time only on-line registration is required by noon the Friday before the first run, then you can join in whenever you find yourself feeling for the trainers.
The run starts on the Tamsin Hill Trail, about 200m from Richmond Gate, at 9am, every Saturday including Christmas and New Year. Be there five minutes early for a briefing. Bad weather's no excuse, the run is on regardless!
Runners are always welcome to join for a drink and chat in the park afterwards. The minimum age is 13.

Richmond National Rail Station and
Richmond tube station (District Line) are closest to Richmond Park.
Buses 33, 65, 190, 337, 371, 391, 419, 490, 493, H22, H37, R68 and R70
all serve the Richmond area.
