'Alhambra' is a new exhibition of glass panels by glass artist Nour el Huda Awad.
This fascinating exhibition features a sequence of shimmering kiln formed panels by the UK's foremost Islamic glass artist Nour el Huda Awad.
She has found inspiration for these exquisite works in the sacred geometry, kufic lettering and delicate floral patterns of traditional Islamic art and given them an elegant new interpretation in contemporary glass.
The exhibition is taking place at the Cochrane Theatre Gallery from Thursday 13th March to Friday 16th May; the gallery is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.
