Happy Hearts Walks!
Take part in an Islington Happy Hearts Walk this March!
Islington Health Walks are inviting people form the area to take part in a series of walks around the borough designed to improve your health.
The fifth walk will be taking place in Highbury Fields on Friday March 28th from 11am to 1pm. Walks are free and led by a qualified health instructor. Everyone is free to participate, particularly older people and anyone new to exercise.
The meeting point will be at the Central Library on Fieldway Crescent where there will also be health checks, advice on nutrition, exercise information, blood pressure checks and refreshments.

How to get there
The closest tube stations are located at Highbury & Islington and Holloway.
If travelling by bus the 4, 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 254, 259, 271 and 393 all serve the nearby Holloway Road.
