Enjoy a free walk in EC1 and Beyond with Islington Health Walks
Islington Health Walks are inviting people form the area to take part in weekly walks around the borough designed to improve your health.
Walking is a great way to exercise and Islington Health Walks provide local residents with an opportunity to walk regularly in a relaxed friendly environment and enjoy some beautiful green spaces.
The EC1 and Beyond Walk takes place on the second and fourth Thursday of every month. Both walks meet at the St Luke's Centre on Central Street at 11am.
Walk 1 of the month is local to the EC1 area. Allow one hour.
Walk 2 of the month is in various parts of London. Allow two hours.
Everyone is free to participate, particularly older people and anyone new to exercise.

How to get there
The closest underground station is located at Old Street.
If travelling by bus the 21, 43, 55, 76, 141, 205, 214, 243, 271 and 394 all serve Old Street.
