Experience Node.London.2008 at the Fleapit on Columbia Road
The Flea Pit on Columbia Road will be playing host of an evening of abstract Austrian videos.
The screening program "Digital Auteurs" explores a trajectory of contemporary Austrian filmmaking that could be described as DIY Experimentalism, featuring artists that share a fresh, intimate and individualistic approach to the medium.
The first part of the screening program has been compiled by David Muth, and includes new video works by Lia, Dextro, Annja Krautgasser and others.
The second part consists of the screening program "Sonic Fiction - Synaesthetic Videos from Austria", distributed through the Vienna based organisation Sixpackfilm.
The event is taking place on Wednesday April 9th from 8pm.

The nearest tube stations are Old Street and Bethnal Green.
If on the bus the 8, 26, 35, 47, 48, 55, 67, 78, 149, 242, 245 and the 388 all serve Shoreditch High Street and surrounding areas.
