Paul Catherall: Shaping the City
Paul Catherall's lino-cut images of London's landmark buildings will be familiar to many Tube users - his colourful paintings of Battersea Power Station, St Paul's Cathedral and the Tate Modern have all featured on London Underground posters.
A solo exhibition of Catherall's work can be viewed inside one of his favourite subjects - the OXO Tower - during May. Unlikely subjects include Elephant & Castle shopping centre and the Royal Festival Hall, both criticised over the years but brought to life in Catherall's colourful prints.
The exhibition also features original posters and book designs created by the former pub signwriter.
