Celebrate St George's days with a rendition of The Ballad of St George and the Dragon in Borough.
Written about Sir Eglamore 500 years ago and adapted by the Lions part.
Featuring our hero St George and a magnificent dragon created by the company, the Ballad celebrates our national day in 12 exciting musical minutes.
There will be three opportunities to see the play in Borough & Bankside on St George's Day.
The first will be at 4.15pm at Red Cross Garden. The second venue is Borough Market (outside Roast) at 5.15pm and the final performance at 7pm will form part of the meeting of Borough & Bankside Community Council at Charles Dickens Primary School.
This event is free, though booking is advised and is taking place on Wednesday April 23rd.
