This National Vegetarian Week meat eaters and veggies alike can enjoy a free Vegetarian Cookery Workshops courtesy of Inner Space.
Visitors can experience the best of meat free cooking as they discover the secrets to Oriental blends of Chinese and Malaysian cooking, the delights of the Turkish kitchen, cooking the Brazilian way with salsa, and the magic of Indian masala.
With live cookery demonstrations, the chance to look through the best new veggie cookbooks and plenty of inspiration to take home, the vegetarian workshops are a brilliant way to get cooking.
The event is taking place at Dragon Hall in Covent Garden on Saturday May 24th from 2.30pm to 5pm. The event is free to attend but you must book your place in advance, to do so, please call 020 7836 6688 or email the organisers.
