Well on Tuesday April2 4th its Walk To Work day, and we should all be taking part...

Finding it hard to get to the gym? Fed up with rising petrol prices? The answer is simple - get walking!

Walking is free, a great way to stay healthy and it makes you feel good too. Those healthy people over at Walking Works are asking commuters to leave your car at home or to get off public transport and walk for all or part of your journey.
