Every Wednesday evening visitors to the National Gallery are invited to enjoy some lovely free events...
Between 6pm and 9pm in the Sainsbury Wing Foyer visitors are welcome to enjoy live music, talks exhibitions and the collection.
This May musicians from the Royal College of Music perform a different programme each week, the full prgramme of events is as follows:
May 7th - Nils Klofver - solo guitar / alto guitar - A mix of Baroque, Spanish and South American guitar music
May 14th - Presti guitar duo - Florence Nisbet and Amie Owen - Arrangement of light guitar pieces
May 21st - Katalin Ertsey and Eva Karell - Lute and Soprano - Songs and solo lute music from Renaissance and Baroque period
May 28th - Bridget Cunningham and Jennifer Bullock - Harpsichord and violin - Baroque Delights and Divisions

How to get there
The closest tube and train station to Trafalgar Square is Charring Cross.
If on the bus the 3, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 23, 24, 29, 53, 87, 88, 91, 139, 159, 176 and the 453 all serve Trafalgar Square.
