Join Sir Anthony Sher for a Masterclass at the Theatre Royal Haymarket
Anthony Sher will be leading a Masterclass at the Theatre Royal Haymarket this June.
Sir Anthony Sher has had a long and prolific career in theatre as an actor and is also renowned for his writing. Anthony began working with the RSC in 1982 and received an Olivier Award and huge acclaim for his performance ain the title role of Richard III in 1985.
In this event, Anthony will talk about his career and discuss his techniques - giving you the opportunity to ask questions. He will also sign copies of his book - The Year of the King (which will be available to purchase at the event) at the end of the session.
The class is taking place on Friday June 6th from 11.30am. You are advised that the diary may change with little notice; so do call ahead to confirm the event.
Masterclasses are free for 17-30 year olds and applications for places are made online (see below link) or by phoning. Other ages may apply to be a Masterclass Friend, but will be asked for a £10 minimum donation at the door if successful.
Past Master have included Gillian Anderson, Kacey Ainsworth, Tony Bond, Matthew Bourne and Alan Ayckbourn.
