Be in the studio audience for the recording of John Finnemore's 'Cabin Pressure'

bbcradio4.jpg'Cabin Pressure' is the new sitcom from John Finnemore starring Stephanie Cole, Roger Allam and Benedict Cumberbatch.

Cabin Pressure is set in a small airline business. The flipside of the glamorous world of international air travel is hilariously mundane; small cargo runs, stag nights, shifting a panther for the odd oil sheik, bussing over a load of journos to a freebie in Monte Carlo and trying to avoid getting diverted to Birmingham.

Run by the forbidding divorcée Carolyn Knapp-Shappey (an unfortunate marriage, namewise, but in Carolyn's opinion, marginally better than Carolyn Shappey-Knapp), her two pilots are the smooth, experienced and almost-certainly-fired-by-a-big-airline-for-all-round naughtiness Douglas, and struggling almost-competent pilot and sweaty man Martin. All-round help is provided by Carolyn's near-idiot son, Arthur.

The show is being recorded at the BBC Radio Theatre on Sunday June 1st from 7.15pm.

You can apply for tickets via the BBC Tickets website or by calling 0870 901 1227. Please note the minimum age for audience members is 14 years old.
