Enjoy music and theatre in Paradise Gardens at Victoria Park, Hackney
Paradise Garden's is a weekend festival taking place in Victoria Park.
Inspired by the Victorian idea of parks as pleasure gardens, this year's event also presents two spectacular premieres of home-grown and internationally acclaimed circus shows.
The event will feature a huge range of performers including Omar, Alabama 3, Rhythms of the City, Grand Union Orchestra, Katy Carr and the Brick Lane Boogie Boys.
Street Artists will be entertaining the crowds with acrobatics, theatre productions; a Tea Dance Tent will see performances from the London Swing Society and the Sugarfoot Stompers so head down and try out the Charlston, Lindy Hop and Jitterbug.
In addition to all this there will also be a Village Fete, bandstand, food and craft market and much more, there are also two circus areas but visitors can expect to pay a hefty admission charge.
This fantastic event is taking place on Saturday May 24th and Sunday May 25th from 12pm to 10.30pm (10pm on Sunday)

How to get there
The closest tube station is located at Bethnal Green, Homerton and Hackney overground stations are a short walk away.
If travelling by bus the 6, 30, 236, 276, 388 and S2 all serve Victoria Park.
