Good Food Festival

Head down to the newly refurbished Islington Green this July for the Good Food Festival.

The festival is a celebration of natural, healthy, sustainable and delicious food and drink, with exhibitors showcasing some of the best artisan examples.

The event gathers together about 30 producers of healthy, natural and tasty food, offering free samples and selling products. There will also be cooking demonstrations, games with prizes to be won, and opportunities to find out more about healthy eating.

The festival also sees the launch of Ideal Food, a London-wide initiative that focuses on buying natural ingredients and making simple tasty dishes to promote healthy sustainable eating.

Exhibitors include: Andronicas Coffee, Food Lab, Ubuntu Chocolate, The Soil Association, La LodiGrana, Konstam, Zaytoun, Euphorium Bakery, Apulia Blend, Tastes of the Nile, Eostre Organic, Unpackaged, Nice-Green Van, Mucho Mas, London Sustainability Exchange, and Islington Council.

The good food Festival is taking place on the weekend of July 5th and 6th from 11am  to dusk.

The closest tube station is located at Angel.

If travelling by bus the 4, 19, 30, 38, 43, 56, 73, 153, 205, 214, 274, 341, 394 and 476 all serve the area.
