The runs are aimed at those training for particular sporting events and those who just want to opportunity to get fit! Those who wish to get involved should be at Nike Town at Oxford Circus for 6pm to register their details; the run then takes place at 6.30pm.

On Mondays the run is for women only and lasts 3-4 miles, while only Tuesdays both men and women are invited to join in and three groups of runners participate with one group running 3.5miles, one 4.5 miles and one 7 miles. Each evening experts are on hands to help participants warm up, cool down and stay safe before, during and after their run.
